He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Sievers; and his siblings, Ronald Sievers, Richard Sievers and Vickie Sievers. He is survived by: his father Harry Sievers; his wife Linda Sievers; his children, BJ Sievers (Jessica) of Leonardtown and Brandi Johnson (Billy) of Callaway; his grandchildren, Aubrey (Courtney), Delaney, Asher and Rowan; and his brothers, Robert Sievers, John Sievers (Sandy) and Terry Sievers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church (43950 St Johns Rd, Hollywood, MD 20636). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Queen of Peace Cemetery (38888 Dr Johnson Rd, Mechanicsville, MD 20659).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to MedStar St. Mary's Hospice and St. John Francis Regis Church.
