He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lee Edwards of Lexington Park, MD; his children, Laquain Edwards, Jr., Shanna Marie Solis (Edwin) and Lawanda Roshal Hunt; his brother Freddie Edwards, Jr. (Marquette Edwards Coleman); his grandchildren, Talissa Lee McNeely (Aarin), Jaidan Maria Solis, Edwin Solis, Jr. and Rachel Lauren Edwards; and his great grandchild Joshua David McNeely.
