Robert Irving Randall Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Irving Randall of Lexington Park, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Mechelle Randall; his brother James E. Randall; and his parents, James Irving and Esther Mary. He is survived by: his wife Julie Broxson Randall; his daughters, Elizabeth Anne "Libby" Randall of Savannah, Georgia and Sarah Catherine Jarboe (Mark) of Heathsville, Virginia; his grandsons, Alec Jarboe (Kelsey) of Florida and Brendan Jarboe (Rachel) of Florida; and his sister-in-law Melissa Raley (Jim) of Lusby, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living, The Greenwell Foundation, or the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum.
