He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Packan and Charles Packan. He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Packan; his children, Pam (Danny Knight), Charlie (Angie Packan), Nicole (David Knight) and Gina (Justin Humphreys); and his siblings, Albert (Rita Packan), Eddie (June Packan), Charmayne (Jim Boggio) and Charlyne (George Bashour).
