He is survived by: his children, Mark Daniel Duncan (Mindy), Paul Henry Duncan, Matthew David Duncan (Karen), Alecia Marie Biddinger (Howard), Raymond Kiddy (Sarah), Kevin Kiddy (Kirstin) and Melanie Shelton (Jim); and his siblings, Joyce Offutt (Roland), Carl Duncan Jr. (Rosalie) and Mary Brandt (Michael Duncan). He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, along with a large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
