It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Leora Garver of Libertytown, Maryland, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie F. Stup and Ruth E. Clay Stup; her husband Carl Edward Garver; her siblings, Blanche Harget (Charles), Mildred Harris (James), Vernon and Robert Stup; and her brother-in-law Bernard McClain.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Garver (Christine) of Detour, Donald Garver (Sheryl) of Mt. Airy, Dyke Garver (Mary) of Union Bridge and DonnaLee Grossnickle (Donald) of Myersville; her grandchildren, Jason Garver (Laura), Lindsey Garver Baldwin (Greg), Brandon Garver (Michelle), Candace Pinto (Jose), Lexi Grossnickle (Brenan), Dane Grossnickle (Matthew), Ellie, Luke Grossnickle, Jesse and Carly Mae Grace Garver; her great grandchildren, Lila Baldwin, Asher, Lucca and CiCi Pinto; her stepgrandchildren, Nick and Natalie Pinto; her sister Virginia "Tootles" McClain; and her sister-in-law Joyce Stup. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
