She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Todd Miller and Robert Miller; and her brother Robert "Bobby" Miller. She is survived by : her husband Levin Insley Willey; her son Ryan; her daughter-in-law Lilia Willey of Salisbury; her grandson Sean Willey; her sisters, Pam Miller Cusick and Cindy Miller Boluk; her caregiver Helen Griffiths; and her friends, Margaret Pennewell and Donna Noble. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home (308 High St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery (6827 E New Market Ellwood Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643).
