She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Jacobs, Jr.; her former husband Donald W. Carr; and her father Clifton Ford Elliott. She is survived by: her mother Garnett Elliott (Kilbourne); her daughter Alissa; her son-in-law Mike Phebus; her grandsons, Dalton and Wade; and her cousins, Cheryl (Cook), Vecchioni (Joe) and Wayne Cook (Karen).
Known for saving dozens of animals in her time on earth, including the ones that are usually overlooked, Patt requested no flowers, but donations to one of her favorite rescue groups in her name so her legacy of loving animals will live on.
