She is survived by: her children, Mandy Slouck, Tina Slouck Fitzpatrick, Edward Slouck Jr. and Cynthia Slouck Braten; her siblings, Charles O'Neil Jr., Robert O'Neil, Verna Kramer, Gary O'Neil and Dennis O'Neil Sr.; and her grandchildren, Michael, Brittany, Brandon, Krista, Kayla, Jonathan, Samatha and Nicholas. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
