He is survived by: his wife Ann O'Neill; his children, Joseph Hooe (Marianne), Gerard Hooe and Mary Alice Zawodny (Gary); his grandchildren, Mikael Hooe, Maria Hooe, Robert Hooe, Christian Parsons, Sarah Dennis, Meg Parsons, Nikolas Zawodny and Zachary Zawodny; his great grandchildren, Glen Dennis, Sarah Dennis, Ann Dennis, Suzanna Dennis, Joseph Dennis, Leo Campbell, Cian Fox and Donn Fox; and his sibling Jean Marie Hooe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ambrose Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1328 Sulphur Spring Rd, Halethorpe, MD 21227). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (6405 S Orchard Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Loudon Park Cemetery (3620 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229).
