She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lenahan and Catherine Lenahan (Miller); and her husband Jerome John Kulesa. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Kulesa (Amy) of Frederick and Patrick Kulesa (Kristin) of Garden City, NY; her sister Kathleen Hopper (Robert) of Indianapolis; her sibling's children, Julie of Carlsbad, CA, Sean of Indianapolis and Douglas of Montrose, CO; and her grandson Matthew Jerome Kulesa.
