She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duncan and Mary Virginia Duncan (Moore); her aunt Lois "Sis"; and her uncle Billy. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Warner of Cumberland and Teresa Parker (Eric) of Cumberland; her brothers, Daniel Duncan (Cheryl), Mike Duncan and Jimmy Duncan (Carol); her grandchildren, Michael Femi (Samantha), Brandi Shelton, Skai Shelton, Alexis Johnston, Colton Parker, Easton Parker and Lennon Parker; and her cousin Todd (Alma). She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Boal Memorial Chapel (19006 Legislative Rd SW, Barton, MD 21521).
