He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Thomas Broadwater and Blanche Genevieve Broadwater (Beeman); his wife Bonnie Sue Broadwater; his brother Wilbert (Eloise Broadwater); his sister-in-law Edna (Aug Eichhorn); and his pets, Lady and Princess.
He is survived by: his children, Alexa Broadwater Moses of Midland and Clarence Leslie Broadwater (Beth Ann) of Lonaconing; his granddaughters, Sarah Moses of Baltimore, Laura Moses (Bryan Adams) of Flintstone and Kendall Mellott (Justin) of Little Orleans; his great grandchildren, Kali Adams and Memphis Mellott; his brothers, Leo Broadwater (Michelle) and Eugene Broadwater (Peggy); his son-in-law Bob Moses; and his pet Angel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home (8 E Main St, Lonaconing, MD 21539). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
