She was predeceased by: her parents, William Getson and Mary Getson (Nicol); her children, Nikki Lynn Winters and Paul Gregory Winters; and her siblings, Bill, Irma and Bobby Getson.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Winters; her children, David "Tony" Winters of Lonaconing and Dana Ann Marsh (Greg) of Westernport; her grandchildren, Shannon Cannon, Chris Garlitz, Andrew Marsh, Hunter Cowan and Kody Winters; her great grandchildren, Nikki, Izac Cannon, Maxamillian, Sabastian Garlitz, Aiden, Gavin, Vanessa Marsh, Ashleigh, Brooklynn, Hailey, Kelsey, Mariah, Abbigail Cowan, Kiya and Axl Winters; her brothers, Ed Getson and Jim Getson; and her brother-in-law George Winters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many great friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home (8 E Main St, Lonaconing, MD 21539). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
