He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Miller and Virginia Miller (Schultz); his stepmother Loretta Miller; and his siblings, Eugene Miller, Doug Miller, Kenny Miller, Lillian Wilbert and Mary Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Kay McCloskey; his son Jimmy Miller (Lindsay) of Perry Hill, MD; his grandchildren, Austin and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Amelia and Tucker.
