She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowman and Mary Bowman (Shuttleworth). She is survived by: her husband David Fazenbaker; her daughters, Mindy Crowe (Josh) of Fort Ashby and Kristi DeLeurere (Lawrence) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Deasah, Wesley, Caleb, Elizabeth and Hannah; her great grandchild Harley; and her sisters, Linda Niederberger (Allan) and Kim Brady. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

At the request of the family memorial donations may be made in honor of Karen to the Egle Activities Fund at 57 Jackson Street, Lonaconing, MD 21539.
