It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Lynn Miller of Lonaconing, Maryland, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gallagher and Mary Gallagher; and her brother Georgie Gallagher. She is survived by: her boyfriend Colin Hartman; her children, David O'Haver, Daniel Miller and Angie Miller; her grandchildren, Jacob O'Haver and Allison Miller; and her sisters, Pam, Kimmie and Melissa Gallagher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
