He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Arvella Southard; and his sisters, Phyllis Davidson and Anita Martin. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his sons, William "Bill" F. Luckett, David A. Brown (Michele) and Michael N. Brown (Kerrie); his grandchildren, Lou Brown, Brianna Brown and Kyle Stout; his stepfather William "Billy" Dove; and his siblings, John Brown, William Brown (Kathy), Denise Wells (Doug) and Lynn Dove (Michael Edenfield).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the American Legion Post 226 (830 Central Ave, Edgewater, MD 21037).
