She is survived by: her husband Deacon John Chapman; her daughters, Gwen, Kathi, Kelley and Lynda; her grandchildren, Talithia, Kelvic, Dion, Leon, Chelsey, Sammy, Angel, Melody and Gabriel; her siblings, Deacon Carlton C. Allen and Dorothy Lee Jones; Dr. Derek T. Hawkins. She is also survived by her family, friends, brothers, and sisters.
