He is survived by: his daughter Joann Thomas; his granddaughters, Amanda Hudson (Daniel) and Emily Bennett (Nicholas); his siblings, Theresa M. Hank (Casey), Glenn E. Thomas (Steve Kensinger), Debbie L. Richards (Joseph), Frances A. Albaugh (Brad) and Steve A. Thomas; his nephews, Mike Moreland, Chuck Canter, Justin Thomas and Bryan Donahoo; his sister-in-law Donna Moreland; his niece Kristin Thomas (Lauren Bonsal-Thomas); and his great-nieces, Caitlyn Moreland and Madison Varchili.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church (122 Bayard Rd, Lothian, MD 20711). A burial was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:10 AM at the same location.
