With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June Ann Moore-McComas (Lothian, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mitchler and June Emma Mitchler; her husband Harry "Sonny" McComas III; her former husband Sidney Abrams; her siblings, Albert Mitchler and Joyce Luce; and her stepson Harry "Skip" McComas IV.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Abrams, John "Jay" Moore, Robyn (Moore), Stozek (Mike), Danisha "Nickie" (Moore) and Zancan (Raymond); her stepchildren, Karen Moore, Sandra (McComas), Sullivan (Matt), Timothy McComas (Patricia) and Daniel McComas (Erin); her grandson Joshua Zancan (Rebecca); her niece Gretchen; and her aunt Betty Rushe.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Asbury Foundation, c/o Asbury Solomons Benevolent Care, 11100 Asbury Circle, Solomons Island, MD 20688 or St. James' Episcopal Parish.
