She was predeceased by : her mother Roberta Goldie Perdue; her former life partner Glenn Newitt; her daughter Becky Newitt; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Liz" Davis and Judy Burke.

She is survived by : her son Zachary Newitt (Linda Mann Newitt); her granddaughter Josslin "Lindy" Newitt; her sister Charlotte DuFore of Calvert County; and also, Cali, Bladen and Juliette Rose. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
