He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Hebb and Mary Frances "Dyson" Hebb; his son William Joseph Hebb; and his siblings, Anthony Hebb, Joseph Hebb, Margaret Theresa Hebb, James Hebb, Jr., Anna Mae Baker, Raymond Hebb, William Lawrence Hebb and Sarah Maxine Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hebb; and his children, Francis A. Hebb, Jr. (Carmen), Sarah M. Thompson, David M. Hebb, Gloria C. Turner (Kim), Thomas I. Hebb, Ann B. Hebb, Wayne L. Hebb and Doris E. Smallwood (Lamont). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and many other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A prayer will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Morganza (29119 Point Lookout Rd, Morganza, MD 20660). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at the Charles Memorial Gardens (26325 Point Lookout Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650).
