He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Lee Somerville Sr.; and his grandparents, Joseph S., Adele Briscoe, Rosia Q. Somerville and William Herbert (Scanlon).
He is survived by: his mother Delores Somerville (Briscoe); his sons, Wayne Jr., Bryan, Ryan, Darrius Williams, Mario and Christopher Nobles; his siblings, Joseph Jr. (Joey), Kevin (Darryl), Rodney (Christina) and Terry Cutchember; his aunts, Margie Armstrong, Imogene and Valarie Somerville (Tootie); his uncle Joseph Jones (Moe); his godparents, Charles and Harriet Holly; his godchildren, Xavier Gross and Evangelia Streeter; and his close friend Trina Boyd. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home (7 Industrial Park Dr, Waldorf, MD 20602). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
