He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Edward Caspar and Louise Patricia Caspar (Jones); and his wife Wanda Darlene Caspar. He is survived by : his children, Brandon of Lusby, MD and Danielle of Boomer, NC; and his brother Dennis Caspar of Burke, VA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
