She is survived by: her children, James C. Meador, Jr. (Marianne), David Meador (Jenna) and Michelle Caci (Steven); her grandchildren, Michael, Kole, Charlotte, Violet, Giovanni, Angelo and Rosalia; and her sister Sherri Arter.
