He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Hough; his grandparents, John, Laverne Caringola, Clarence and Sarah "Sally" Hough; and his father-in-law John Lukowsky.
He is survived by: his mother Christine Caringola of Connellsville; his wife Ann Hough (Lukowsky) of Lusby, MD; his sons, Patrick J. Hough of Lusby, MD, Richard N. Hough of Lusby, MD, Luke M. Hough of Lusby, MD and Samuel M. Hough of Lusby, MD; his stepmother Jeanne Hough of Connellsville; his mother-in-law Eileen Lukowsky of Ford City; his siblings, John Hough of Connellsville and Tara Rose (James Rose) of Stevensville, MD; and his stepsiblings, Dawn Miller of Norwalk, CT and Doug Grant (Merry Pain) of Greenwich, CT. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
