He is survived by: his wife Kelly Perez; his children, Angelica, Adrianna Perez and Joseph Lynch (Christiane); and his sisters, Maria Perez and Cynthia Welsh (Patrick). He is also survived by nephews, a niece, aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in his name.
