He is survived by: his mother Joan Baki Fratantuono of Lusby, MD; his siblings, Lisa Dillon (Bill) of Lusby, MD, Tina Fratantuono of Mechanicsville, MD and Dennis Fratantuono, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD; his siblings' children, Julia Heavel (David) of Haddon Township, NJ, Matthew Heavel (Caitlin) of Colorado Springs, CO and Nicholas Leapley of Austin, TX; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Niall Heavel, Eoghan Heavel, Ailbe Heavel and Saoirse Heavel; and his close friend Louise Watson of Lusby, MD..
