With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Lynn Douglas of Lusby, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father David L. Smith. She is survived by : her mother Carol Brown of Pinehurst, NC; her husband Dannie Douglas of Lusby, MD; and her children, Ashley Bowen (Kenny) of Lusby, MD, Danny Douglas of Ft. Worth, TX and Brandon Douglas of Lexington Park, MD. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home–lusby (20 American Ln, Lusby, MD 20657). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
