She was predeceased by: her parents, Jospeh R. Puckett and Bessie Marie Puckett; and her sister Phyllis Street. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Puckett (Ruth), David Peak (Trina) and Kevin Peak; her grandchildren, Bridget Fritter, David Dove, Casey Puckett and Brianna Church; her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Khloe, Kinsley and Kamryn; and her niece Melissa Dudding. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
