He was predeceased by: his wife Sonya Mae Salter; his parents, Joseph G. Salter and Helen Salter; and his sister Evelyn Salter. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane L. Salter and Cheryl L. Presson (Kevin); and his brother Charles Leslie Salter.
