He was predeceased by: his wife Leesa L Sipe. He is survived by: his close friend Julie Wernz; his daughters, Martha Sipe (Tricia) and Ellen Sipe Bullinger; and his grandson Matthew Bullinger. He is also survived by his family, friends.
