It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Jean Reaver of Manchester, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Simpkins and Vonnie Simpkins (Wilson); her spouse J. Gene Reaver; her son Wesley Reaver; and her son-in-law Fred Boog.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra J. Boog of Manchester, MD and Lisa C. Fogle (Charles) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Christopher (Stacy Boog), Susan Reaver, Adam Boog, John Wesley Reaver (Kristin) and John David Sloman (Carrie); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Cru, Emsley Boog, Gene Reaver and Oliver Sloman.
