She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Murray Klohr and Edna Mae Jones Klohr; her husband Donald E. Matthews; her daughter Robin Matthews; and her brother Richard Klohr.

She is survived by : her son Keith Matthews of Westminster; her grandchildren, Dawn Brown (Rob) of Manchester, Gordon Stebbings (Molly) of Windsor, WI and Kinsey Matthews of Baltimore; her great grandchildren, Garrett, Lily, Lowen, Carter and Maxley; her cousin Kenn Sweeney; her sister-in-law Mary Lou Klohr; and her son-in-law Kevin Stebbings.
