He is survived by: his children, Belinda Hartman, Deanna Ribero (James "Rob"), Carrie Hartman and CJ Hartman; his siblings, Shirley Bradley (Eddie), William "Bill" Hartman (Marsha) and Dale Hartman (Debbie); his brother-in-law Mike Kuhne; and his former wife Anna Drechsler. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
