He is survived by: his mother Diane Nichting; his wife Bonnie Lynn Clutz Brown; his children, Joseph Tyler Brown (Amanda), Dylan Edward Brown (Kirsten) and Vanessa Louise Brown-Guercio (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Autumn, Layne, Charlie, Rylynn, Cori and Kashlynn; his siblings, Roland Brown, Wesley Brown and Michelle Spoonire; and his stepmother Nancy Gallick.
