With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret E. Oursler of Manchester, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2026 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick H. Dorsey and Katherine L. Dorsey (Jones); her former husband Richard Swimm; and her brother Donald H. Dorsey. She is survived by: her husband L. Gerald "Jerry" Oursler; her children, Brenda J. Petzold (George), Nancy L. Wagner (Jack) and L. Wayne Oursler (Donna); her grandchildren, Brian, Lisa, Scott, Greg, Brady, Jacob, Hayden and Darcy; her great grandchildren, Lila, Allison, Hudson, Amy, Charlie, Branson, Georgie, Logan and Amelia; and her siblings, Catherine Beverly, Helen Wilson and Fred H. Dorsey, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
