She was predeceased by : her parents, Milton G. Penn and Hazel E. Penn; her husband William Edward Moss; and her children, Billie Tabler of Taylorsville, Peery Moss of Tazewell, VA and Clinton Moss of Manchester.

She is survived by : her daughter Sallie Moss of Manchester; her brother Thomas Penn of New Freedom, PA; her son-in-law Roger William Tabler, Sr. of Mt. Airy; her grandchildren, Roger Tabler, Jr. (Becky) of Manchester, Andy Tabler (Dee) of Frederick, Sara, Oliver Valenzuela of New Market, Katy and Matt Finnell of Mt. Airy; her great grandchildren, Roger Tabler, III of Manchester, Rachel, Wes Turner of Littlestown, PA, Owen, Wyatt, Eva Valenzuela of New Market, Rory and Harper Finnell of Mt. Airy; and her great great grandchildren, Charlie and Marcy Turner. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
