Raymond Franklin Armacost III Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Franklin Armacost III of Manchester, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Armacost and Ellen Armacost (Krebs). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dawn Armacost (Winemiller); his daughter Samantha Armacost; his son-in-law Geoff Shannon; his siblings, Carol Carter (Bob), Wayne Armacost (Pepper) and John Armacost (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Gene Winemiller (Chris) and Connie Winemiller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
