He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Isaac and Elaine Gibson Isaac; and his sister Mary Penelope Isaac. He is survived by: his wife Carol Duke Isaac; his children, Catherine Pratt of Manchester, Victoria Isaac of Westminster, Amanda Blankenship (Dean Blankenship) of Westminster and Richard D. Isaac (Jamie Isaac) of Owings Mills; and his sister Lynn Vizas of Mt. Airy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
