He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Myrle Moser (Abbott) and Arthur Moser; his siblings, Emerson Myers, Gene Walsh, James Walsh, Douglas Walsh and Lillian Shipley; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Davidson (Pat Calp) and Bruce Davidson.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Virginia Moser (Davidson); his sons, Jeffrey Allan Moser of Fairfield, PA and Jason Ray Moser of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Nicole Garris (Brett), Jacob Moser (Sarah), Gregory Ryan Moser, Alyssa Grace Moser and Makenzie Brianna Moser; his great grandchildren, Rowen, Quinn, Lacey and Tristan; and his siblings-in-law, Jean DeLacy, Janet Davidson, Carl Davidson and Dale Davidson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel (3296 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Lions Club, Legion 200, Church of the Open Door, or charity of your choice.
