Monk (John); his grandchildren, Derrick, Joshua, Jacob, Brienne, Lindsay, John W., II, Michael, Amy and David; his great grandchildren, Danielle, Kayla, Josh, Jr., Madelyn and Nathan; his great great grandchildren, Kai and Olivia; and his sibling Aleaisa "Gig" Barnes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
