With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Skelley Jr. of Manchester, Maryland, who passed away on February 14, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Howard Skelley, Sr. and Ruth LaVere Skelley (Heineman); his wife Barbara Ann Skelley; his children, Bill Skelley (Julia) of Hunt Valley, Susan Campbell of Red Lion, PA. and Debbie Spinner of Florida; his stepchildren, Kandee Smith of Hampstead, Guy Paul of Deerfield Beach and Todd Paul (Jennifer) of Westminister; his brother Ed Skelley (Sharon) of Florida; his brother-in-law John Konefal (Ruth) of Rock Hill, N. Y.; and his uncle Jack Heineman (Roma) of Ocean City. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
