She was predeceased by: her parents, George Waller and Margaret Waller (Collins); her husband Philip D. Parks Sr.; her children, Philip D. Parks Jr. and Dawn Battista; and her siblings, Bryan Waller and Sharon Barnes.
She is survived by: her son Kevin G. Parks of Fairmount; her granddaughter Brittany Battista of Louisville; and her sisters, Patricia, Georgiana Odom of Delmar and Vicky Taylor of Hebron Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
