He is survived by: his wife Charlestine Smith; his siblings, Keith Smith, Audrey Crandall, Ella Francis Baynard, Teresa Baynard, Christie Baynard and Sharon Morris; his cousins, Herbert McDonald and Jeff Tokley; and his children, Kelby Smith Jr. (Ajenna), Barron Stanley (Kia), Rodreick Cottman, Vondilyn Jackson (Mike), Niree Smith, Denna McGlotten, Delricka McGlotten, Shanika McGlotten and Tekia McGlotten.
Viewing was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Church (25750 Cooper Mill Rd, Mardela Springs, MD 21837). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
