He is survived by: his family, Mardela Springs and Ray; his wife Shirley Milligan Bailey; his children, Stephanie R. Moses and Clayton L. Bailey (Jamie); his grandson James Bailey (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Dresden and Raelynn Bailey; his grandchildren, Michael Moses (Jenny), Madeline Bailey, Bailey Moses, Travis Bailey and Dylan Owens (Michaela); his great grandchildren, Harrison and Blair Owens; and his brother Steve Bailey (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
