He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Davis Kelley; his close friend Evelyn Robertson; and his siblings, Bob Hoteling and Grace Bilby. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Kelley (Barbara), Debbie Wolf (Steve) and Lynn Kelley; and his fiancée Dottie Ford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hudson Corner Road, Marion Station, MD 21838.
