He is survived by: his children, William Hicks of Marion, Herman Hicks, Regina of Dundalk, MD, Eddie Hicks and Donna of Hollandtown, MD; his grandchildren, Christine Elliott, Nicholas Parr, Jennifer Comi, Sarah Hicks, Bobby Cook, Stephanie Lemaster, Michelle Claycomb and Jessica Knight; his great grandchildren, Amber Elliott, Taylor Graham, Kayla Elliott, Ryan Elliott, Corey Elliott, Kirsten Elliott, David Elliott, Jr., Alicia Elliott, Liam Jones, Marissa, Chasity, Jaila, Gianna, Cinzia, Giovanni, Stella, Olivia, Kayden, Brett Claycomb, Jack Knight, Carlea Wagner, Tyler Prince, Holly Mullins, Anthony Bragg, Tracie Bragg, Erin Langley, Kyrie Bragg, Seth Bragg, Jacob Lemaster, Jessie Dudley, Robert Cook, III of Alan, Bedell, Crystal Bedell, Jazmin Cook and Kelly Dudley; his great great grandchildren, Jordynn and Sylas; his granddaughter-in-law Heather Elliott of Baltimore; and his caregivers, Tamia Barkley, Carolyn Hawkins, Charmaine Ross and Chantel Henderson.
Viewing will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Crisfield, MD 21817). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
