Christine Ware left this world on March 8, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer H. Ware and Viola E. Ware; her husband Harry; her sons, Rocky and Melvin Burris; her grandchildren, Melvin Jr. (JR) and Cristi Gingerich; and her great grandchildren, Kelsi, Lexi and Rocky.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene (Gene) and Patricia A. Burris of Kenton; her brother Elmer Ware (Junior) of Marydel; and her grandson Eugene Burris Jr. (Sonny). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, as well as one nephew and two nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society of Salisbury, MD.
